Our hourly moving rate is $143 including GST ($130 + GST), with a two-hour minimum ($286 including GST). A compulsory call-out fee depends on your suburb and distance from the depot. See the full rates and booking policies.

Check the route from truck to room.

For a Gold Coast apartment move, talk to building management before confirming the schedule. Ask about lift bookings, loading bays, truck clearance, moving hours and any required protection.

Measure large furniture, doorways and lift dimensions. Send the team the parking distance, floor level, stairs and any access restrictions at both properties.

Make every box easier to handle.

Packing and wrapping are included with your booked move at no extra service charge; confirm scope and materials with the team. If packing yourself, put heavy items in smaller boxes, cushion fragile items and label each box with its destination room. Avoid loose items inside drawers or furniture unless agreed with the team.

Keep bolts and fittings in labelled bags. Prepare a separate essentials bag with documents, medication, chargers, keys and what you will need on the first night.

Keep access clear and contacts handy.

Have keys ready, check your loading arrangements and keep children and pets away from moving routes. Walk the team through any delicate items and the destination plan.

Before the truck leaves, check cupboards and rooms for anything left behind. At the destination, check items and raise any concerns with the team promptly.
